I'd recommend the Underground tour. I think it's still on this late in the year.

The usual tourist traps are Pike Place Market, and the waterfront below it.

The Aquarium, Pacific Science Center and Boeing Museum are good diversions, but all cost a bit to get into. (We've got season tickets to all of them)

KUOW had a list of Cheap Thrills that are things to do around seattle off the usual run, but I can't find one mor eup to date than Spring.

Could always go look under the north end of all the bridges to look for trolls....
