And NemoHac is stuck doing the bane of our floor - McDonalds. Understandably, he's (I think) in a bit of a bad mood. His TL made a joke about it that wasn't really funny. Maccas is bad because the desk is always busy as, and the cases that get logged don't get looked at for ages. You can get someone call in the morning, log a case for them and get them again in the afternoon, all unhappy and sometimes abusive that the callback you told them they'd get hasn't happened yet.
