service rep gets a call from a customer that can't remember there voicemail password ( you only need it to check you voicemail remotely ) and instead of sending the ticket to repairs to get the mailbox reset she takes if completely off the line AND DOSN'T PUT IT BACK now I get the husband P oed as heck that his mailbox is still not working, he had called earlier and an agent sent a ticket to programming to fix the nonexistent voicemail account ( the idiot did not check the phone line to see if he HAD VM in the first place ) Am I the only one in thi entire office that actualy knows what I'm doing?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
