They organize oil-for-food programs and take kickbacks from Dictators like Saddam.

Or they keep pumping money into countries like Zimbabwe until there a dictatorship arises and THEN they start cutting off funds.

I'd say the rest of the world does about, ratio-wise, as much good as the US does bad.

Rather sad, really. You'd think to expect more from them, wouldn't you?
