there IS a new explanation actually. The estrogen in the new contraceptive pills, doesn't break down in the body, and doesn't break down in treatment plants, so the drinking water is slowly being saturated in female hormones with the predictable effects. They are actually treating some early bloomer girls with hormones to cause them to stay undeveloped until a more reasonable age... there's reports of children outgrowing baby teeth, and then a seccond set, before a third permant set comes in... the world is getting unhealthy.
