Pardon me for not sharing your optimism about the war having a 'win' state - AFAIK a war is a sign that people have lost already. Any further loss after that is already included - limiting the loss is the best anyone can hope for.
You think I get pleasure from watching the misery of others, and causing misery for others? I would much rather reduce any misery I can - I just don't limit myself to misery in the US. Misery in Iraq is something I would like to reduce just as much as any misery you might feel, or notice around you.
You say I like seeing people suffer? That I hope to cause suffering with actions I support? Either your definition of people is totally different from mine, or you have a strange dyslexic condition that makes you perceive things diametrically opposite from what they are. I could speculate on how your apparent vulnerability to rhetoric may have caused such a condition, but I won't go into any detail on that.
If my posting here serves to make you uncomfortable espousing your views, I would see that as a good thing. If the misery you are talking about me enjoying is the misery felt by you when I question your support for killing tens of thousands of Iraqis (yes, they are people too, and just as valuable as American people), then yes, I enjoy causing misery.
Nice ranting speculating about my position re: Soviet communists etc. I won't even dignify it with an answer. |
