Is it me or is there something wrong with this picture?

Imagine this situation:
You have 3 TVs from the same company, 1 only picked up odd numbered channels, one didn't support any of the TV signal formats avalible and the other one stopped working when you connected it to the same input as the new one.
Would your solution be to borrow someone elses until you have time to dismantle and fix one of them?

Personally I would either dig out my old TV from the same company that may not have as many features but still works fine or avoid that company in the future and use someone elses product.

I'm not trying to give the standard "install Linux" answer, just point out how much more people will put up with on computers than they ever would from any other product.
