or is willing to go and get and learn how to use the required command interpreter to run their app. This is not a mistake limited to Perl coders by the way - I've seen programs that require me to go and get the VB6 runtime. However I picked on Perl because it caused me problems. The main problem I had was that it demonstrated a total lack of consideration for the people you are allegedly coding to help.
