I'm password protecting an aliased directory, but it doesn't accept the
password -- the prompt comes up fine, but it won't accept anything I put
into the htpasswd file. On Windows, so I renamed it txt because it it's easier.
(it's not inside a visible dir)

Here's what I have in the conf file:

Alias /admin "f:/www/server/Admin/"
Alias /admin/ "f:/www/server/Admin/"

<Directory "f:/www/server/Admin/">
AuthName "Website Administration"
AuthType Basic
AuthUserFile "f:/www/server/htpasswd.txt"
Require vaild-user
</Directory>
