haha, that's funny.
I know a friend who can recite entire songs. Well, he usually does it by singing with his favorite songs, and he goes right along with the singer.

In preshool we used to recite poems, and I usually didn't like the process of memorizing them. I do however remember parts of songs I like, as probably so do most people. I think though that if I had a need or a strong want to remember something, I would. And I guess if I heard anything enough times I'd remember it too, like in the stage/tech crew example.

I'm kinda interested in acting, though the memorizing part is the one that puts me off. I suppose if I had a play I was interested in, it'd be less of a problem. But then I'd probably be a problem for the managers/producers who'd want me to play different kinds of plays.
