For a cuppa that's worth having, you would want to have about a palmful of leaves-- maybe a scant palmful if you have largish hands. But the plants you describe have what, maybe three or four pairs of rather small true leaves each? Unless you have fifty plants from which to take one leaf each, it would be a massacre.
For now, have someone kind fetch you some herbal tea bags (any number of brands of spearmint, spearmint/chamomile mixes like Sleepytime, and Celestial Seasonings' "Grandma's Tummy Mint," which also has good things like fennel in). When your mint plants are 4" or so high, pinch them back by a third or a half to encourage side branch growth; that may net you a cup.
