I could use the technical term for my female spaniel with impunity. If I applied the exact same five letters to Ann Coulter, the post would be modded. If I applied them to a fellow poster, the post would be modded and I'd get smacked with a temporary disablement for insult-slinging. I don't know of official policy on the word in question today-- if it were me, I'd disallow Arivia's use thereof. _{But everyone knows I'm a prude.}
