I got into work on the early shift, which for the TAC desk where I was was a 7am start, and one of the guys from the 24x7 (also known as Overflow) desk says "just so you know, we had a sev 1 breach overnight...." Severity 1 = biggest problem. I had a look, and there were actually 2 of them. One had nothing done on it, and all that needed doing was to pass the case to the server team and call them to let them know it was there!!
