conspiracy that said that Iraq had WMD's or the capability to make them? I find that incredibly hard to believe. From what I have read even France said that he had intent to aquire them BUT that they could not find any currently.

As for your assertion that Bush is not judged by the same rules as others only goes further to affirming that you will not apply the rules equally to all. To do otherwise would deginerate the other world leaders who are just as powerful in their own way as he is.
