Trillian 3.1 Basic help needed. by shorty82 2005-08-09 16:56:46
I just installed Trillian 3.1 Basic on my computer. I used to have some older version but I removed a while back as I never used it.

I set the old one to log AIM chats to a directory named "AIM" in the My Documents of my WinXP limited user profile (primary profile). When I try to "View Contact History" of someone in my buddy list I get "Unable to find the requested log file. If logging is off, you may turn it on in Preferences->Message History." It should load up the log file, right?

I've tried setting the Activity History to both "My Documents/AIM" and "My Documents" and neither work. What do I need to do to get logging working correctly? I'm not sure if anew conversation will save to the right place as nobody is on my list I can test with.

I am under my Administrator profile right now and I want to get everything working here before I load it up for the first time as a limited user.

My AIM name is Tallman11282. I'm not sure how much longer I can stay on though as a storm is rolling in and some lightning just struck near the building. Another bolt like that and I'm shutting down.
