I've done that a few times. Call up the company and cite the semi. I've even got bus-drivers in trouble for failing to indicate. If you can recall the number plate, that's good, too. There are even a number of semi's with prominent stickers saying "My professional skills as a driver are on display. If you have a complaint please call..." and a 1800 number. It's tragic we need this, but obviously we do.
