I think that you have that backwards. Crime is better approached proactively, since you have some responsibility and control over your own citizens, while terrorism is better approached by ignoring it (in the case of suicides, anyways), or at most trying to catch the immediate instigators. Something like England's approach, as a matter of fact.
Would you say that the US reflects your views on proactive crime approach? Do you know of statistics that reflect success rate? |
