I live about 2.5 miles back in a neighborhood that is heavily patroled by a private stasi security firm. They ticket for speeding like crazy. One of the HOA terms you agree to when you buy back here is that if you fail to pay a ticket, they can put a lien on your home. I got a $50 ticket in the first month I was here.
