2002 cavalier. 1. 23 mph is the lowest it will coast down to. 2. use it at 30-40mph constantly to keep speed legal to policia. 3. yes, any paved road with good weather that I can travel fast enough to use it. 4. 67-72mph depending on speed limit 5. 107mph, it will accelerate until it hits the speed governor, have kept it set at 105mph for around 10 miles 6. when I go back home the cruise is set solid for 5 hours each way.
