if something breaks. The cops at the Jr. College will do it but you have to sign a waiver first. Surprisingly my uni's cops won't unlock or jump off cars. I figured they would until one time I called the PD for a resident who needed to be jumped off. I wound up calling the RA on Duty to watch the desk and I went out and jumped her off.
