Around any construction zone you will see signs warning that if you injure/kill a road worker it's 15 years in jail and a $7500 fine. Understand the reluctance to be in the right hand lane in construction. Even in the right lane, you may still have semis bearing down on you. Had carthax been able to move right (and often there is annother idiot trucker blocking your move to do so) he probably would have been faced with same problem, different jerk. I'm usually in the right lane to begin with, and any drive to visit my boyfriend usually leaves me twitching and shaking (Chicago highways).
