Now how about the rest of the paragraph?

This compares to a loss from continuing operations of $58 million or $0.13 per diluted share in the second quarter of 2004, which included a $200 Million after-tax loss from the Barracuda-Cartigna offshore engineering, procurement, installation, and commissioning (EPIC) project.

2Q05 Earning Release.pdf

One is better served by looking at trends than a single quarter. One who reads further shows that KBR (the part of the company in Iraq) had a 12% decrease in operating income when comparing last years quarter.
