Trivial but somewhat useful bit of information: If you can find the RAID key alone you can put a standard 128mb registered-ECC dimm in to the RAID memory slot. Dell uses Crucial almost excusively in their server ram and I had the RAID memory dimm go out and just happend to have a spare crucial 128mb ecc dimm on hand and tried it and it worked no problem.
