Thats the importance here, it isn't about money or jealousy or whatever it is about a hate for someone just because of the colour of their skin. No this deserves a seperate label under the law and something needs to be done about it, just just race motivated murders but anything race motivated. I dont think it should hold an any more severe punishment than any other murder because murder is murder. But something needs to be done and if labelling it is the start then so be it.
