Perhaps not directly, but the Gubment has much deeper pockets since 9/11 to buy all kinds of bells and whistles.

Not only that, but DHS will give money to just about anyone who claims to need to buy hardware/services in the interest of public saftey.

Seriously, school districts, hospitals, fire departments, etc. all over the country are applying for --and getting-- DHS grants.

How do I know? Because they're spending their money with us.
