Is anyone else having severe lagging problems on the W:ET server?

I realize that being on dialup is a handicap but recently I can't seem to play much at all. It seems everytime I get near more than 1 other player, I lag. This makes aiming difficult. It makes avoiding mines nearly impossible. Last night was a complete disaster. I couldn't even get out of the spawn for most of 2 maps.
Sorry folks, I was trying to help but couldn't get there.
