lots of big words for 8am and no coffee...

Although part of my brain understood fireball and really wants to spark up the bbq right now...

The problem as I see it is that current technology really doesn't have anything other than a big fireball, even an automobile is basically fireball propelled. The shuttle is essentially strapped to a bunch of REALLY BIG engines. We (that I know of) don't have another propulsion method.

The human body is still frail, so whatever propulsion they think of to push something that large into space would require huge amounts of power, or huge amounts of G-forces.

Although I state the obvious, and you all are capable of understand what I just wrote even if I don't :)
