does a Good, cheap, PC microphone exist? by lux2005-08-04 10:20:15
Do you have a mic jack? by mortaine2005-08-04 10:23:12
mostly just recording and playback... by lux 2005-08-05 01:43:18
When I have enough time to do my reading assignments, I read the text out loud so that I can record an audible version - then I speed up the audio by roughly 30% so that I the spead of the information is closer to the maximum input absorbtion level... so this is primarily for personal playback from my computer/stereo, or in my car when I'm driving.

I have audio in and out on my laptop. pretty much any type of analog/digital input is availabe in my apartment - I've just never had a good reason to discriminate against my built-in mic until I recently changed apartments., I can get any product to work, since I have an iBook and a Thinkpad...

thanks for the input!
