It sounds like you hit the max-limit for checks with the first purchase. I am assuming it was in the $300.00 to $400.00 range, and the cabinet was also fairly pricey. What most people do not realize is that the automatic check approval system will decline checks even if there is sufficient funds after a specified dollar limit, and that limit is different for each approval company.
