They specialize in people with extreme allergies and might have some ideas and cheap/easy ways to mitigate some of your problems. My mom started the company because there was no one that catered to the allergic in the early 80's. It is www.livingsource dot com (without the spaces and a . of course ;D)

The website sucks but if you call the # on the page and tell them what you are allergic to they might have some suggestions to help out without having to take so many shots.

P.S. three shots a week sounds a bit extreme to me. Does your allergist offer sublinguals instead of shots? Many allergists will now only give you your antigen in shot form if you come in for it because of the money they make by requiring a "trained" person give it to you. Grrrr, money making scheme is what it is! I gave myself allergy shots twice a month from 7 until I was 18. Needles don't phase me at all.
