I wait around for twenty minutes and the nurse comes over to take a look. The bump was smaller than a quarter but itched really bad so they took a look and slathered me with hydrocortosone which helped a little. But inevitably several hours later it gets much bigger. I have brought this up several times and what I have been told is that if the shot is placed to far in or down on the arm there can be swelling. I was going twice a week for a while but put a stop to that real quick. I want to thank everyone for their advice, no one I know locally is going through this and they don't seem to get it when I explain it to them.
