But, having been circumsized as an infant, I notice a formation of what could only be soft scar tissue that must have formed after circumcision in a rib-like shape around the base of the glans. According to my experiences, and to certain people with whom I have ahem become familiar, it seems to be unique to circumsized males and can serve great purpose.
