Obviously, men who were circumcised before ever having had sex can not compare, so when a study compares how they rate their sensitivity compared with how men who are uncircumcised rate theirs, the results are similar. BUT, when studies look at men who were circumcised in adulthood, they find that most of the men experienced a reduction in sensitivity after circumcision.
