I wonder how long it is for a circumcision to heal, how long untill the man feels comfortable... using it... again, it can't be instantly I'm sure. So if the study started right after they were cut, there would be atleast a couple maybe more, months of recovering.
Also it takes HIV up to 3 months to show, so they halted the study with 18 months of research rather then 21, so... the circumsized men were in the field for maybe 15 months of the 18, whereas the un for 18 of the 18. Could be a cause for some of the discrepency |
