Since I am sure that none of the men involved deliberately sought out partners that are infected to "test" the procedure. The only real way for the study to work is to have patients that are circumcised and patients that are not, have intercourse with an HIV positive partner (the same partner) which is more or less tantamount to murder. As the saying goes, *"Lies, dmn lies and statistics.** Now I am not saying that circumcision is not a good way to maintain good health, because there have been studies that have proven that men who have been circumcised have a very low to nonexistant rate of penial cancer, and that circumcision helps keep things clean which helps to keep men healthier. BTW I am a huge proponent of safe intercourse not abstinence.
