W2k3 trubbles by BorgKing 2005-08-04 11:26:43
I've got an MSI PT8 Neo V mainboard with a MSI Geforce MX4000 64 MB AGP. I had windows 2003 installed on it. Now, I have moved this computer 1 meter to the left (and a different wall outlet) and suddenly windows has changed the screen refresh to 120 HZ, which my monitor doesn't support.

I can change the settings when I plug in a different card (PCI card). I have tried this with just the PCI card and together with the AGP card, in both cases, when I take out the PCI card, windows sets the refresh rate back to 120 Hz...

Any solutions?
