It takes a minimum of 2 days for them to respond to anything, no line to call up our rep only email. I actually got into an argument with my rep, becuase through there system, we had to contact them to renew our domain names, I asked him if he can set it to auto renew, or automatically renewe for us, and he told me to renew it for 10 years rather then one so he wouldn't have to do the work every month. Guess how quickly I went to an external register (Register4less).
To have new email accounts added, I had to write them and ask them to do it, and they NEVER got it right, the last one I had mad, I had to contact the guy three times to tell him that he got the username / password wrong. 2 day responce time per contact.
