It almost seems possible to say "no, with full consent it is not evil."
Especially since that statement about the context defining the nature of an act is enticing.
But the context of an act is only the larger picture of reality around it, minus human opinion.
Let me put the example in a more abstract form: if i inflict harm upon someone (e.g. that violation of a person mentioned above) then I am doing something evil.
If that someone happens to be myself, I am still inflicting harm upon someone, since I am someone.
If, thereby, I agree to allow someone else to inflict harm upon me, I am indirectly doing evil.
And, in turn, the person who inflicts harm upon me is directly doing evil.
So... yes, the experiment is still evil.
