it is located in: %USERPROFILE%\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook and is either .NK2 or .NICK dependign on version of outbreak. We just changed all our office emails, and mine kept pulling up old names until this was deleted. Get on his computer and tell him you're updating his link to the server ;)
