If not, http://www.podcastalley.com/forum/links.php has links. FireANT (http://www.antisnottv.net/) is an aggregator designed for videoblogs, but is also good for podcasts; it can send to your iTunes, but doesn't have to. I don't think iPodder should be opening iTunes-- if it is, the problem is most likely that any mp3 file will open in iTunes. Change that setting first, or your other options will also open iTunes by default, and you will continue to have that problem.
