| Impromptu disinfectant: what would you use? |

Soda (NaCO3) solved in water — essentialy an alkaline solution.
Salt water — just a solution of kitchen salt.
Alcoholic, not medicinal — say, a slosh of 40% vodka.
The water used is just plain tap water — not that it matters, since bacteriae in there will be killed, anyway.
I hereby solicit your opinions on:
Which is most effective?
Which would be least hurtful?
Do any carry risks?
