What Im talking about is completely different, but not. :) basically you tell them what you are going to teach them, how you are going to teach it, then teach it, then tell them how you taught them, and what you taught them. Using ELO's and TLO's and what not. Its more of an ice breaker kind of thing. For me really. Not that I need an Icebreaker. Nah, I need a good stiff drink. And a smoke. Yea, a stiff scotch and a good cuban. In the shade of a tropical palm tree. On the beech. With crystal clear water. Far far away from here. Yea, thats the ticket.
