Either that very different to how it's done in the military I went to, or else don't bother. Military way of teaching was roughly as follows: Teacher: Soldier! What is the answer to question 12? Soldier: Erm...14? Teacher: Wrong! The correct answer is 15. Soldier! What is the answer to question 12? Soldier: 15? Teacher: Correct. The soldier has learned, the soldier may now leave. No need to know what question 12 was, only repeat what they tell you.
