Have you tried that? I'm not that familiar with Fedora or Grub. If you have the repair option, it should give you a command prompt (or a graphical system if it's seriously advanced). There you can mount a partition and see what is there. From there you should find the grub configuration file and you can run grub manually. From there the more expert fellows could tell what is wrong with it.
