Who cares if he was thinking "If I don't kill this guy, he's going to kill me; let her rip"?
I will allow him to think that, it's his perogative after he chased what I assume he thought to be a suicide bomber onto the train, and lept on top of the guy. If he's thinking that, then he believes the guy is willing and able to kill him. And yet he still jumped on him, to save those innocent lives.
The guys a hero, even if he was shooting an extra few bullets from fear. I swear if I'm ever in that situation, I'll be worried for my life. I'll be *there* to save the people on the train, but I'll be *thinking* about my own skin.
He would have been safe if he hadn't chased the guy onto the train, so we can hardly criticize him for any fear he might have in the moment, can we?
Especially since he's still carrying out the orders that were given. It's not like he was panicking and wildly shooting. |
