You aren't getting any guarantees here.
And it's the point-blank range bit that I'm commenting on. A shot to the head may not kill, but at point blank range, you can be pretty sure that if you don't kill him, he's going to have trouble remembering where the bomb trigger is.
Still, I can accept that five rounds may have been considered necessary, but until I have more information, I'm assuming the shooter overreacted. |
