| is that it allows you to communicate without releasing the controls for gameplay. Efficient typing requires two hands, right? And a mouse requires one, right? That's three right there. If you want to use a joystick as well, that's four. I can actually type almost as fast as I talk normally, so the voice is only a distinct advantage in terms of requiring slightly less concentration. |
