Is beeping bad? by hieraco 2005-07-24 07:53:26

damn beeping has been driving me nuts for the past hour & half. something in the server room has been beeping nonstop since about 6:00 (UFie time) with over 40 boxes in there (plus airconditioning noises) it's hard to tell where which system is beeping. my system status shows all the boxes linked and running. but how amy I suppose to focus with this insesant noise?
TECHNICAL INFO: frequency = 15KHz
                Pulse = 1 second on / 1 second off
                System (suspect) Dell poweredge 6650
