And sure, he can have an opinion, but he definitely has no right to force those closer to the situation around based upon his opinion-which is what he's doing. He's essentially attacking people for applying the knowledge they have that he doesn't-that knowledge, in this case, being a more in-depth view of British police disciplinary actions.
