Throw away civil liberties and blame anything bad on Teh Terrarists? I don't like that mindset one bit. Terrorists didn't kill that man. Delegating blame like that is a horrid precedent.

Can you really blame a fellow for running when a bunch of unidentified men pull guns on him? You try thinking clearly with a gun in your face.

The more that comes out about this story, the more it sounds like a total disgrace. Did the coppers have ANYTHING on him other than "he had bulky clothes, and ran when we pulled guns on him"? If they did they haven't seen fit to tell us.
